Vehicle Requirements
To ensure a smooth pickup and immediate payout, all vehicles must meet the following preparation standards before our tow team arrives:

Vehicle Title: You must have the physical vehicle title in your name with no active liens.

Battery: The battery must be removed from the vehicle prior to pickup. (You can bring automotive batteries to our Bells Road yard separately for payout!)

Gas Tank: All fuel must be drained, and the physical gas tank itself must be completely removed from the vehicle.

Fluids: The engine and drivetrain must be free of motor oil, coolant, transmission fluid, and all other vehicle fluids.
Pickup & Payment Details

Scheduling: Submit your vehicle info below, and we will work with a licensed, insured towing partner to coordinate a pickup window—typically within 7–10 business days.

Verification: The registered owner must be present at the time of pickup with the signed-off title and a valid driver’s license.

Payment: Payment will be issued by check on the spot at the time of pickup, or you can opt to collect your payout directly at our Bells Road yard.
